IRCG’s over 1,200 client relationships include close to 100 distributor trade associations and marketing groups. Another 40 are made up of ERP providers to wholesale distribution, related service providers, and universities. The value provide by IRCG to these organizations is founded on a deep understanding of their members and constituents.
Serving as IBM’s designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in wholesale distribution from 1998 through 2002, IRCG Partners worked very closely with most of the industry’s major ERP providers. The advisory services provided had to do with sharing detail understandings of internal distributor processes and advice on market structure of many specific verticals.
Public Speaking Skills
Over the last 22 years IRCG Partners have spoken at numerous meetings and conventions of distributor trade associations as well as individual speaking work with manufacturers and distributors. The speaking activities draw on the consulting experience of our firm and research that we have conducted over the years. IRCG has averaged 50 of these speaking events per year for the last decade. We are immersed in the wholesale-distribution industry, understand what makes it tick, and know the bottom line is all about money. We take this background and experience and apply it to a wide variety of topics. We do not have presentations “in a can;” we develop each presentation individually based on our experience, industry research and the client’s expectations.
