Tim Horan joined Indian River Consulting Group as a partner in 2005 after a selling his wine and spirits wholesale distribution company. Tim’s twenty five-year distribution career included stints as a sales manager, corporate training director, company president and finally, CEO and owner.
Tim is co-author of two National Association of Wholesalers publications, both written with other IRCG colleagues; Working at Cross Purposes: How Distributors and Manufacturers can Manage Conflict Successfully and The Five Fundamentals for the Wholesale Distribution Sales Manager. In his time with Indian River, Tim has helped clients develop successful strategic plans, and improve overall organizational effectiveness. Tim prefers to work one on one with senior executives or strategy development teams.Tim’s focus areas include:

Tim obtained his MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and his BA in English Literature from Saint Mary’s University.
