Each week, we’ll be tracking a snapshot of year-over-year distributor revenue with our Pandemic Revenue Index (PRI). We would like to increase the sample size and are asking you to consider helping the industry through these uncertain and unprecedented times. If you are interested, reach out to Mike Emerson, at firstname.lastname@example.org. The sample size for the week of November 23-November 27 is 13 firms, the same as last week.
The week of Thanksgiving saw a sales increase of 4.3% compared to last year.
Not sure if it was the short week, but last week saw the biggest reported variance in sales growth since July. Eight respondents reported increases with half of them well above 20%. Of the five companies reporting declines, the largest was greater than 50%, which hasn’t occurred since April.
Thanks for following along with us as we analyze the impact of this pandemic. As we collect more experiences, we will continue to share patterns as they emerge.
